Fixed an error caused when hovering over a container item equipped in hand.

- Fixed some communications items not having the electronic item info.
- Fixed some fire fuel items displaying the wrong fuel time.
- Fixed some seed growth time values not being rounded correctly.
- Added seasoning info label onto foods that can be used as seasoning in cooking.
- Added tinder info label onto fire fuel items that can be used as tinder.
- Added packaged food items now showing time until rotten and stale even if the player has not met the cooking requirements.
- Added time taken to finish reading info to skill books.

Fixed only small UI tooltip font being used for all font size settings.

Added the ability to see the hunger loss and calories of edible fluids such as milk as well as nutritional information if the player has the nutritionist trait.
