Added a character.

Reverted to 4 characters in Zetsobou no Shima
The map does not like having more than 4 characters.

Forgot something to check.

Pearl and Frye should now appear in Ascension and Zetsobou No Shima...

Also added a character. A surprise no less.

Oversighted a # on the Kino Teleporter.

I think it is fixed now.

Pearl and Frye should now appear in Kino Der Toten, the World at War maps, and Der Eisendrache.
The rest of the official maps will be added sometime or later...


except Shadows of Evil.

(Fun fact: Der Eisendrache includes the characters in a separate file than the others)
