- Added armor dispenser and remover to the spawn room
- Reduced the HDR brightness on the map
- Extended the combine spawn pool
- New logic: Spawn costs
- Spawn costs determine how difficult an enemy is. More difficult enemies now appear in later waves, and difficulty scaling has been significantly increased
