Updated properties

The ability to disable/enable date and time has been added

(The bug was discovered by the developer of the Wallpaper Engine application, I don't know what it is related to, since I checked these wallpapers on 3 devices including a phone, according to my guesses, the bug was related to an error in the code and layer binding, at the moment I have redone the layer binding and updated the code)
