Expanded map out of bounds for more scenery outside the map. More tiny additions that hopefully make the map better.

More small changes as usual. I think I might be almost done here...

Greater elevation added to make intended height advantage work. A bunch of tiny changes/additions too.

Added height advantage that was supposed to already exist but i forgor. Map is more hilly.

Other minor changes too.

Now includes FX. Other improvements and tweaks.
