Community suggestion implemented:
Show fully RESTED! only once, for those how want to keep their immersion.

Edited most of all translation strings that an empty string isn't gamebreaking anymore.

i added a fixed version of the modOptions that strings can be empty and that tooltips are shown.

Just changed some default values.

Added a RESET Button!

BIG UPDATE:
Polish translation added.
Gamespeed check with modoption.
Complete localisation with access of customizing everything via modoptions.
