fixed being able to drop your pistols on incap, leaving you defenseless

- you can now see defibs you drop
- should fully prevent throwable duplication glitch
- fixed some console log errors

removed mission files so that the flashlight start can work on custom campaigns for some reason. added new dependency with my other mod

fixed so now it works on all maps
