Octarine is now a unique item. You can only buy one and upgrade it through improvements.

Cooldown Reduction (CDR) values have been rebalanced:

Octarine BASE: 25% cooldown reduction
1st upgrade: 30% cooldown reduction
2nd upgrade: 40% cooldown reduction
3rd upgrade: 50% cooldown reduction
4th upgrade: 60% cooldown reduction

Only ONE Octarine can be held per player now. Additional purchases are BLOCKED.
(And for the sneaky ones: validation happens when the item enters your inventory, not on purchase. Dropping it on the ground won’t work.)

Lycan - Shapeshift: now has a maximum movement speed cap.

Each meteor can now deal a maximum of 2500 damage.

TIME ZONE (VOID):
All upgrades have been removed. This ability can no longer be upgraded.

Diabolic Decree (Leshark):
Now has a maximum damage limit and a cap on the number of explosions.

🔥 New Dispellable Abilities
The following abilities are now dispellable (basic or strong dispel):

Gargantuan's Blast (custom)
Feint's Siphon (custom)
Soul's Sight (custom)

⚔️ Damage Capping Updates

Fan of Knives (Phantom Assassin - Shard):
Now has a maximum damage percentage per target (e.g., max 35% of target HP).

Brain Sap (Bane):
Now has a fixed damage limit per cast.

Hairball (Bristleback):
Now applies a maximum number of Quill Spray stacks.

Chaos Strike (Chaos Knight):
Critical strike damage is now capped.

Blade Dance (Jugger):
Critical damage per hit is now limited.

Whirling Death (Timbersaw):
Now has a base damage cap, and a limit on bonus damage from trees destroyed.
