🛒 Upgrade Items Locked Until 14 Minutes
Items that grant upgrades can now only be purchased after 14 minutes of game time.

🔧 Upgrade System Overhauled
Values have been rebalanced so each upgrade has a much greater impact.
As a result, the total number of upgrades has been significantly reduced.

⏱️ Time-Based Upgrade
Players now receive upgrades every 3 minutes of game time.
The number of upgrades increases as the game progresses:

🕒 0 to 20 minutes: 1 upgrade per cycle

🕒 20 to 30 minutes: 2 upgrades per cycle

🕒 After 30 minutes: 3 upgrades per cycle

🧬 Level-Based Upgrade
Players now only receive upgrades at levels that are multiples of 3 or 5
(previously received on every level).

🎁 Initial Upgrade Reduced
Each player now starts with only 1 initial upgrade (was 3).

⚔️ Kill/Assist Rewards
Players now receive only 1 Reroll and 1 Skip per kill or assist (was 4).

🏆 Level 30 Reward Removed
Players no longer receive 10 extra upgrades upon reaching level 30.

🎲 Special Rewards Removed
The chance of receiving higher-than-normal value upgrades has been removed.

All Upgrade Itens have START STOCKTIME 16:00
