Added new power lines tiles :

-a set of small 50m pylons with 500m span, solo pylon and endpiece
-a set of large 220m pylons with 1Km span, solo pylon and 2 endpiece

Added 23 new props some of which already exist as procedural decorations on my other mods :

-3 Antennas and a control booth
-3 HVAC arrays
-Large vents with smoke effects in roof and wall variants
-Small vents with smoke effects
-East-Asian style roof elements : square, rectangle, one storey and 2 storeys variants for roof and wall
-Lit lines (20,50 and 100 meters)
-A bulky water tower
