Added a new type of structure in the Underground Desert, fixed a few bugs related to the Cactus Lamp, and added new NPCs and a new buff correlating to the added structure type.

Fixed a couple small oversights, changed a couple item descriptions to fit with Vanilla, and updated the Cactus House chest loot contents to also be more in line with Vanilla. An additional bug has been found and noted in the description.
