- Added new convar "hns_delayrespawning" so that people can respawn for a period when the round starts.

- Bug fixes related to last update

- Renamed the Convars
- Made it so "hns_lmsmusic" is now clientside and not serverside so one person can choose to not want to listen to music and another wants to they can just disable it themselves

- Made it so you now actually need Simple Timer Plus installed to use this addon this is to avoid confusion of the people and the errors people get. (thank you so much setnour)
