- Mechs now have the proper research assigned for the crafting recipes.

- Temporarily disabled the major event on the starting of the alliance scenario, as it overwhelmingly chose Anomaly events (Almost always the Noicosphere of all things, in my test runs). This'll be included again later once I figure out the best way to disallow Anomaly events from being selected.
