added ng+ scaling to most summons,faster movement speed and hp regen

removed a few sounds from summons

fixed bind spirit passive from being overrided by it's upgrades from skill orb

revamped skill orb choices, removed shadow curse from summoned shades, and fixed damage bind for Death and decay

fixed incorrect intellect scaling for crypt lord subclass

switched crypt lord passive to % vitality added to intellect so mage armor could be equipped, and buffed death strike.
