Assorted cosmetic adjustments.

Updated the ammunition elevator so that buttons can both send or call the lift, instead of only calling it.
Added a display to show the current status of the lift.
Included a signal disconnect when the lift is in motion to prevent breaking it by spamming the buttons.

Fixed way point issues for bots with ladders and doors in the ballast tanks. Big shout out to John-Enzo_Tester for pointing this out to me.

Linked buttons to custom doors so bots can access the engines and ballast doors.
Fixed fission cannon recharge so that it only gains power when the gun permission is on.
Removed ability to connect all batteries to the grid to avoid phantom power drain bug.

Turned off shadow casting for many internal lights. Reduces some realism when swimming past the hull, but gives back some needed performance.
