Fixed a bug with blueprints mode for spawning where the cost multiplier is less than original price

Updated to split the fee and the tax.
Set the to both free if you like...but there are other mods to spawn stuff.

Added logging levels because it is far too noisy! (needs to be refactored)
Added a lot of features including difficulty settings to adjust the game so it is challenging but expands gameplay into playing with automation by allowing the best chance to go post day 13.
There's now a deep discounted daily sale item and you can wishlist an item for 30% chance to be picked as the sale item.
Solo play just isn't balanced to set us up to stay ahead of the curve. This mod does that, but keeps it challenging
