Made ARG more 'effective' deletes replicators and spawns props of the blocks that despawn after 30 seconds, instead of just killing the replicators, so they can't reform

Made it so that if you spawn the Replicator Disruptor from the model addon, it deletes it and gives you the ARG from this addon

- Fixed the ARG showing up as 'Scripted Weapon' in the hotbar
- Made the ARG Projectile search and kill as soon as it spawns instead of waiting 0.1s
