Fixed a visual bug where in some cases the event popup might show your wife marrying herself so you have the choice to exercise your rights, and then later popup showing the pregnancy is applied to you, the husband.
Purely visual as everything was functioning properly, but, fixed now.

Female rulers won't take this decision anymore (no point.. unless you have specific mods that enable that kind of fertility)
Female rulers will deactivate the decision after 1 month, IF your save file already has it activated.
Female rulers having this enabled doesn't crash the game, but it does show up in error log so we might as well solve it.. one less thing in the error log.

More code fixes, should properly give every liege a go and fire properly. good luck ladies, stay strong.
