Fixed a little mispelling in galil rifles. Fixed the "B" in the names

Fixed rival mortar not shooting issue, caused by wrong ammo. Deleted Toyotas VDJ mod, causing long gamestart issue. Created "Jaguariticas" BrAF based rival force. Random weighted magazines experiment was abandoned in favour for an standard magazines setting, as it failedt to give random magazines per unit. I'm still getting the seemingly unharmful message abot a function related to weapons attachment, further development on that is needed.

Fixed a minor bug preventing some weapons to have optics. Markers fixed. Flag should be fixed too, but I haven't really tried if it works.
