Disabled the local objects by default, should probably fix issues when another person spawns in

Added over speed warning so people know when they're going so fast they're going to spontaneously combust the second they lower collective.
The bullets from the guns now have correct weight, this is why they were so slow and couldn't reach past like 30 feet.
Numpad should now disable interactions with the buttons behind.
Probably other fixes i dont know.
