- Fixed a fatal bug which made using the mod with v1.1 (no DLC base game) unplayable
- The Robber Baron can now also be placed in cities with unrest 50+, to make his availability not entirely dependent on random factors outside of the player's control
- The Robber Baron no longer has the "human settlement" restriction, which streamlines the mod for both the base game and DLC (v2.0)
- Small text changes
