- Fixed an oversight where mustering and garrison bonuses stacked by removing mustering bonus. this removes replenishment when mustering outside of settlement. to correct this logical fallacy, switch to camp stance for replenishment and then recruit.

- In turn, added camp stance to all factions to allow replenishment when mustering outside of settlements by camping first.

- Added 50% cost to mustering to match with camping

- Added 100% ambush stance to camp to compensate

- Removed some redundant values

Major Overhaul

- Truly removed replenishment unless garrisoned or encamped
- Replenishment is now 50% base for recruitable units only and can be enhanced by military infrastructure with 10% for each tier
- Added lords and heroes 20% replenishment effect
