Change a little of how puppet tree works.
The fourth focus on right side unlocks the political focus path now
The last one of left (loyal) you and your overlord get resource event.
you can become free in 1937 i did it so that the AI wont instant be free and you can still have use of them.
And so that they wont rush the focus path.
Also the autonomy you get from finishing some focus is less now not 500 (TO OP) but 200

Faster build up with 2 off-map civ and military first focus industrial path
later at the infrastructure focuses more population from 1500 > to 5500
all these 3 focus has an event where you can choose resources.

change how it worked

Puppet needs to be Colony now to take the 2 focuses to be free
so the Puppet master has little bit more time to really use his puppet resources and building or completing focuses

Puppet Violent liberation (30%)
Puppet peaceful release (70%}

Now it really works
Puppet Master gets puppet wargoal if puppet took Violent liberation
Puppet will get Manpower boost for it.

puppet remove the idea so no manpower no political power but is free without any war

Change how puppets work now.

Puppets can not chose ideology path until last left focus to stay with overlord is completed.
OR the third from the right path is taken.

Puppets has a 50/50 change to take stay with overlord or become free focus path.

if puppet chose to stay with overlord they will get ideology drift.
if puppet want to release himself from his overlord he has 2 last option on the right path 1: declare war on overlord (40%)
2: become free from overlord and end all wars he is in. (60%)

Most focus takes longer now from 35 to 49 days

i putted an date on the LATE important focuses on each path 1940-8-12

why you ask because WW2 is started by some random countries

example - Yemen attacks Saudi Arabia and British because Aden at Begin 1939
