-You now need a crowbar to pick up most placeable machines

- Added a toggleable suit light to the Rhino Suit.
- Rhino Suit now correctly stops moving if it doesn't have enkephalin inserted.
- Rhino Suit will consume Enkephalin 60% slower.
- Rhino job spawns with Enkephalin instead of Fuel Rods.
- Added an Employee job which has some talents that facilitate abnormality works. Let me know if there's anything I should do to balance it.

-Reworked the Red Mist's talents. Through some new talents, she can now benefit her allies in battle with different captain-esque buffs.
-Buffed the K Corp Class 3 Excision Suit's defenses due to its cost and gave it similar passive healing to lying in a bed.
-Excision Suit now works as a diving suit.
