Added the Jade Qilin

seven association rifle round nerf (wtf was that AP)

Buffed the "HP Healing Down" affliction
Hopefully fixed Blue Star dropping incorrect items

Fixed kim being unkillable, fixed kurokumo error

Added the Kurokumo Clan

- Overrides Implacable to use the Salvation Cooldown system instead of a once per round effect. (10 minute cooldown)
- Includes OASIS overrides for Implacable/Pacification Kit.
- Removed defensive stun from Pacification Kit in both mods.
- Added Blade Lineage Salsu & Mentor, featuring full talented jobs, 2 outfits, and a sword
- Fixed Poise not decaying or critting

fixed the siltcurrent pet

Full-Stop Rifle now gains different effects based on the loaded battery cell
Normal batteries:
- 30% damage bonus
- 10% armor pen bonus
- 500 range bonus
Fulg batteries:
- 50% damage bonus
- 20% armor pen bonus
- 750 range bonus
