- Buffed Retribution Phase (Phase 3), now no longer timed for 200 frames, instead deplete the stamina to beat him. When entering, gain 1/3 HP instead of 1/6

- Nope. (counter) now appear 1 frame earlier

- Changed auto dodge a bit, hopefully Sans' no longer be able to be infinite comboed

- Tweaked KR, now deal damage per tick faster the higher the KR amount

Changed Phase 3: Sans will no longer use special attack, instead he will enter Retribution mode [READ DESCRIPTION AGAIN]
Changed KR mechanic: KR won't dissipate, instead the damage over time will hit faster the higher the KR
