Most tracks now have a small delay in their intros so they shouldn't overlap other tracks anymore

changed tracks:

Cathedral: #12 awake > #1 progress
Angel Room: #19 bless > Meeting Acht
Mineshaft: bad side order track > better side order track

- Fixed routin3s looping
- Gave Tidal Rush the intro it deserves
- Removed jukebox support, i probably wasnt doing it right but its stupid anyway >:(
