-added .ain file, should fix ai node issues

-fixed being able to see through a brush via a skybox brush by just extending the "patio" window a little longer
-fixed visclip culling via removing the area portals i set up (my bad)
-turned off shadows on the coffee shop window prop
-added more buildings and trees in the skybox if someone looks through the slits on the second floor
