I did this primarily so that the settings can now also be translated, as requested in the comments.

* you can now remove the original medieval overhaul storage buildings
* you can hide items stored in the original medieval overhaul storage buildings

Note:
* both patches are toggleable and off by default
* activate them in vanilla expanded framework under toggleable patches
* a game restart is required after activation
