Add Hiraya2 (Medium House)

Fixed problems with opening and closing doors, etc.

The research category and research name have been changed.


Added a version of Hiraya1 without tatami mats.

Adjusted door movement and hit detection.
It is still not fixed that it does not work unless you get close to it when building or opening/closing.
