Changed how Samuel's skills work. You can now help him work through his trauma and open up interest in Healing, Physical, and Farming skills while removing his Outside happiness penalty. To achieve this, you must max out all three Indifferent skills at 6 for the change to take effect.

Healing is now an Indifferent skill to tie into that mechanic.

Field Medic has also been changed to unlock after maxing those three skills out.

Fixed One Helluva Cook trait from being missing.

Wartime Trauma imparts a 25% learning speed penalty until it's removed.

Swapped Physical and Crafting interest levels. Physical is now indifferent (since he doesn't like being outdoors and that's where all the physical tasks occur), and Crafting is now normal.
