Added Reactor Malfunctions to Mechanoids. Occurs rarely upon their reactors being damaged.

Added various stuff in regards to mod compatibility.
Fixed up, and added load folders.
Properly segregated stuff.

This also provides a fix for a Trait Coloring Mod. The mod gave a null error on load. Now it does not, and colors them correctly.
