Completely abolish the impact of trigger Happy and other aiming multipliers on the aiming time of dragon killers
The aiming time of the Dragon Slayer has been reduced from 4.5 seconds to 2 seconds. Conversely, when holding the Dragon Slayer, AimingDelayFactor+150%
Rapid shooting mode aiming time reduced from 1 second to 0.4 seconds
