- Now pocket pills will also be correctly converted to horse pills
- Now when using Mom's Bottle of Pills, the correct animation for a horse pill will be shown when having two of any of these items

- Getting any duplicate of these items will convert all pills into its horse pill version
- Pocket pills or item generated ones (Mom's Bottle) do not convert automatically(dropping the pill on the floor will do it)
- Working currently on this feature to be ready asap

- A second copy of Spelunker Hat will give the same effect as having The Mind item + showing also the ultra secret room
- It will also give a cracked key each floor and when obtaining the second copy

- Multiple copies will now posion the enemies for a longer duration and with a bigger damage output: 1 extra tick and +2 damage for each extra copy
- It will also posion the bosses overtime (when the cd for boss status expires, roughly every 5 seconds)

- Second copy gives spectral tears to the player
- Additionally each extra copy gives a small range up

- Pupula Duplex will now increase the size of the tear by 25% for each extra copy

- Anemic creep will now increase in size and damage for each extra copy
- 33% bigger size for extra copy
- +2 tick damage for extra copy
