- Solo modes now only use pills and can be used to revert black and white vision.

- Updated the descriptions for all modes because I felt like it.

- Added Death's Door for Versus, Survival and Solo

- Last Samurai should be working as intended

- All Four Gunmen modes should have the extra common infected damage like in Lone Gunman

- Forgot to fix Flu Season Solo. Now it should be playable.

- Removed the Ultimate and Impossible mutations.
- Fixed up some mutations that were not working properly.
