- added proper polish translation, the character now "speaks" polish when (s)he doesn't have items in the inventory

- user can now unpack snus/chew from inside a container (i.e. backpack)

- added two new items that appeared in 42.2.0 (I believe), these are:
+ glass smoking pipe with tobacco
+ can smoking pipe with tobacco

- added all the smokeable items from mods:
+ N&C's Narcotics
+ Hemp & Tobacco (this mod introduces one chew item too, added to chewing hotkey)
