added health items and the possibility to remove or add if the zombie drop ammo health and or some weapons

Normal Zombies, Except The zombies that are childrens, Have a small chance to drop a random ammobox and a lower chance to drop a small handgun.

I would gadly appreciate some feedback for balancing this mutation.

Maybe in the future and if i have more time i can perfectionate this mutation to have multiple choices of the amount of drop rates.
