- Altered weapon dynamics to, in general, increase the velocity and range of some large weapons (e.g. the M495 Tears cannons).

- Buffed the health of missiles somewhat to compensate for their generally longer grow times and the higher power of Project Singularity point defense systems.

Added two new ships (27_interceptor_m301 "Interceptor, M301 "New Power"" and 27_ecs_crescentmoon "E.C.S. Crescent Moon") and updated the ancient regions.lua file to give the Terran Union more than small slivers of territory.
