- Raised each special infected limit to 8 so you may see 8 of the same infected at once.

- removed VIPtarget (Last Gnome on Earth) from the Ultimate Challenge and Survival as it conflicts with HealingGnome. Now the Gnome should heal players.

- added cm_tankrun to The Ultimate Challenge mutation only. This will allow players playing the Sacrifice to open the second train door without having to kill the Tank

- Added explosive rounds to survivors starting kit and removed medkits and pills in Impossible Survival

- Removed permawipe from survival modes
