Assign world owner to entities created by map

Fixes map entities not being assigned an owner, making them unable to be interacted with.

newly spawned ents can set their owner from their parents

use correct variable

use the right ply variable for perm menu...

acf override ignores world and requires gravgun perms too

fix warden perm menu using the wrong ply variable

auto updating

periodically update the name cache in case of name changes

improve admin mod support, add CAMI support as a fallback
