- Rebalanced the health of the weapon blocks, generally buffing all of them to be more in line with their mass.

- Solved an error due to which Connector 2 had 72 health instead of the intended 100.

A slight rebalance + blurbs for each block! I still don't recommend playing as VOLTAGE but, if you do, the purpose of each block should be more clear.

The Ohm missile and Tesla mine are no longer the incorrect faction. On my end, this led to a bizarre bug where they appeared as the command block of a separate modded faction.
