Another nerf to the amount of energy required to teleport, and a nerf to the Ohm missile launcher that decreased its total damage output and spawn time.

A balance change that nerfed the energy generation of the core and increased the power it takes for a ship to teleport. This means that the larger ships will be less capable of teleporting while also employing weapons.
