- added cm_tankrun to allow players playing the Sacrifice to open the second train door without having to kill the Tank

- Somehow forgot to add the AWP to the weapons to remove list. Now it shouldn't appear.

- Weapons have been removed from Whitaker's gun shop! Now you can't cheat without sv_cheats!

Everything should be working as intended now.

- removed code that stopped incendiary and explosive ammo packs from spawning because apparently that's too much for the game to handle and just pretends the mutation doesn't exist.

- added Lone Massacre (Chainsaw with Unlimited Fuel)
- added Lone Gibfest (M60 with Unlimited Ammo)
- removed starting items from Unarmed Loner
