- Normandy able to form Angevin Empire (cores all of Britain and France
- Added Mushroom Kingdom (heavy mario inspiration)
- PLC decisions to purchase (steal) colonies in Trinidad and Gambia
- Kosovo released (Serbs are rapidly approaching my location)
- New Jersey has been unchained (run for your soul)
- Vatican City (Papal States) can now form the Roman Empire (untested)
- Hungary can claim the Eurasian Steppes (cannot core, except Mongolia | Must complete DLC Focus "On a High Horse" or "The Bulwark Against Communism"
- Gave Luxembourg the option to form Greater Luxembourg and Burgundy (dont ally with Germany)
- Dont do a WC (World Conquest) as Luxembourg (nothing happens)
