- added cm_tankrun to allow players playing the Sacrifice to open the second train door without having to kill the Tank

- added commands to remove vomit jar and tonfa drops from uncommon infected.

- Much bigger in size due to using the full l4d1 mutation code. Now it should work just like the official l4d1 mutations.
