AI spell casters now also prepare spells

-New characters (or those recovered) will now keep track of prepared spells permanently.
-Fixed a potential script error with the AI spell giver if the AI faction has been destroyed and not all spells have been given to the faction leader.

-Added cataclysm slots for Teclis (all spells) and Alarielle (restricted to 2 spells)
-Fixed lore of life Archmage being able to prepare spells from lore of life.
