Deleted unused textures, reduced file size from 883mb to 771mb, fixed gun sling and Itak panel's bad textures.

Reduced file size from 1.056gb to 883mb, fixed missing textures for dxlevel 90, switched default shoes to the Lowa mk2 boots (lspd shoes).
