Small changes to the hyenid:
~Booster can no longer be used while under half hp to prevent unexpected deaths.
+Max mana increased to -10%.
+Mana regen rate increased from -8 to -6.
-Jump height and flight time decreased from -20% to -25%.
-No longer has an acceleration boost.

Made these changes to make the hyenid to make it less frustrating (by pressing the wrong key and dying instantly lol.) as well as having it lean into being more of a busier archetype with below average mobility.
