1 Modified Pansy to use "Fiery Pen, Fire Staff" to ignite item crashes.
2 Fix action priority issue (e.g. Beefalo Gloom Bell can be bound normally).

1 Optimized "Krampus Sack" to carry over the effect after upgrading "Travel backpack".
2 Optimized "Krampus Sack" to be able to hold container items.
3 Optimized "Plant Growth", the crop has been changed to no upper limit, but it costs an extra 10 points.
