Add 4 ropes slider option for slider length ( i needed it )

- Fix suspension arc not showing if adv ballsocket option is disabled

- fixed a lot functions not being loaded in singleplayer because autorun/server is not loaded... -> functions have been re-moved to the stool folder

- Add visual arc for 2 ropes slider to show their range, accurate most of the time

- Suspension Direction visual indicator now changes length depending on the suspension extension you've chosen. (needs to be updated for when you choose to not limit the suspension extension). Was renamed to Suspension (UP).

- Fix wrong name for subcategory in advanced ballsocket options ('Extension settings' -> 'Adv. ballsocket settings')

- You can now create suspensions whose up/down and wheel rotation directions are the same. This doesn't work for 2 ropes slider as they would curve in unexcepted directions.

- Fix some convars not being updated because of menu function override (for 2 DComboBoxes)
